Doug Cosh

Doug advises on taxation, management and business structures. Specialising in accounting software and business valuations, his clients are a wide range of small business and primary production businesses. He has represented local accountants as secretary and then president of the Toowoomba Branch Council of CPA Australia and was a councillor of the Crows Nest Shire Council. After 11years as an employee Doug earned his partnership in 1992.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland and is a Certified Practising Accountant with Fellow status.

Kaye Emmerton

Kaye has a particular interest in capital gains tax and primary production. Having experience with clients from a variety of industries, Kaye became a partner in 2009 after 5 years with the firm. She also boasts 12 years as a University lecturer in taxation, during which time she was well published in academic and industry literature and a highly valued conference presenter.

Kaye holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland, a Master of Taxation from the University of New South Wales and is a Certified Practising Accountant with tax specialist designation and Fellow status.

Jeremy Coverdale

Jeremy became a partner after 18 months with the firm. His commercial experience and excellent tax knowledge equip him to provide advice in tax, capital gains, entity & succession planning. Jeremy is popular for his down to earth approach, having the ability to explain complex areas of the tax act in simple terms so that his clients can genuinely understand their affairs. Jeremy's areas of interest include planning, primary production and small to medium business compliance issues.

Jeremy holds a Degree of Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and double minor in Commercial Law & Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland. He is a Certified Practising Accountant with in excess of 15 years commercial and tax experience.

David Graham

David specialises in taxation, business management and self managed superannuation administration. He joined the practice as a partner in 2013 following the retirement of Fred Pimm. He moved from another accounting firm where he was a partner. David has a wide variety of industry experience gained from working as a accountant for over 20 years

David grew up on his parents’ grazing property near Armidale in NSW.

David holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England and a Masters in Taxation from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor.
